This is the most AMAZING restaurant I’ve been to in Switzerland.
During the 17 days of my trip, this is the only restaurant that impressed me.
If you wanna try some local dishes in Switzerland,
I highly recommend that you MUST NOT miss this restaurant.

在我17天的瑞士自助旅行,最令我驚艷的一家餐廳。
如果想嘗試瑞士的道地菜色,
絕不能錯過瑞士必吃三鍋:起司鍋.炸肉鍋.巧克力鍋
這天,是我在瑞士的最後一個晚上,
為了完成必吃清單上的最後一項—炸肉鍋。
我隨意在網路上挑了一家附近有賣炸肉鍋的餐廳,
於是就這麼跟著google map來到Restaurant le Museum

採預約制,如果沒有預約又沒早點到可能是吃不到的
這天,因為我們剛好非常準時在6點抵達,成了第一組客人
非常幸運地在戶外區一張沒被訂位的空桌坐下來
Enjoying a wonderful sunset dinner with the people you love is one of the most romantic things in the world.
In Europe, people love to talk while they are eating.
There’s always laughter and joy in restaurants.
People don’t use their phones during dinner, which super surprises me.
Because everybody uses their phones anytime, anywhere in Taiwan.
Trying to be a part of them, we put our phones down on the table and talked.
That was actually awesome.
I felt it strengthened our family’s bonds, for letting us get closer.

我們也養成了吃飯話家常的習慣

Meat fondue
我們點了一份La Fondue Boyarde 紅酒鍋,
和一份La Fondue Caveau 蔬菜鍋
炸肉鍋為一人份,內容物有:
一鍋湯.一份焗烤馬鈴薯片.一盤肉.一籃麵包片.五種醬料
炸肉鍋共有5種醬料可以搭配
從盤子上的醬料由上往下依序為:
Horseradish 辣根醬.Garlic butter奶油醬.Curry sauce 咖哩醬.Cocktail sauce 雞尾酒醬.Tartar sauce 塔塔醬
每種醬料我都喜歡
最喜歡辣根醬
多層次的甜辣感
配上牛肉超對味
如果滿分五顆星

How to eat?
用專用長叉,叉起一塊牛肉,放進沸騰的熱鍋中,放置約10-20秒,起鍋,沾醬,放進嘴裡
妮扣從小對牛肉的口感就很挑剔
因為我很容易咬不動
常常咬一咬就吐掉
所以很少吃牛肉
但是
這個牛肉絕對是極品!絕對是為我量身打造的!
鮮嫩的牛肉在紅酒鍋裡煮到粉紅
再沾上我個人最愛的辣根醬
無須太多咀嚼
入口即化
綿延柔順的口感延伸在口中
AMAZING!
一盤吃不夠還可以在無限加點肉(of course you need to pay) (14CHF for 100 grain)

從太陽準備下山的時候是最適合坐在戶外區用餐的時候
約8點是瑞士的落日時間
通常妮扣都是選擇晚上6-8:30之間一邊欣賞夕陽一邊享用晚餐
可以觀賞一場完整的日落
日落之後
馬上能明顯感受到氣溫的下降
記得有一次在傍晚時分經過湖邊一間餐廳
戶外區好幾桌客人都包著毛毯用餐
覺得是一個非常有趣的畫面
即使冷,也要浪漫的坐在戶外吃燭光晚餐的堅持

We all know that the cost of living in Switzerland is incredibly high.
Every meal costs each person at least 20-30 CHF in any restaurant.
However, the cost tonight was even higher than other restaurants, which was way beyond my expectations.
It must be the destiny to make us meet this wonderful restaurant.
Though it was a bit pricey, we had a blast tonight, which was the most important thing.

在瑞士,
到隨便一家餐廳用餐一個人至少要20-30CHF (約600-900台幣)。
不過這家餐廳又更上一層樓了,很多主菜價錢都比一般餐廳高。
3個人火力還沒全開就吃了127CHF (約3900台幣)
但我覺得,這一切都太完美太值得了。
在網路上看到很多別人分享的失敗或是失望的炸肉鍋初體驗,
我心想 how come!
只覺得我們真的非常幸運,
第一次就吃到這麼好吃的炸肉鍋,
其他人可能一輩子會因此對炸肉鍋留下不好的印象,
而我們則是花了一筆讓人永生難忘的值得金。
能讓人回味無窮的餐廳,一生裡能遇上多少家呢?
待在Montreux的這週,Restaurant le Museum瞬間成了我最棒的回憶。
就在此趟瑞士行的最後一個夜晚,畫下又貴又美的句點。
如果還有機會,一定會再去光顧!而且一定要點很多!
